• Book your shows well in advance (at least 72 hours prior to showtime); tickets allotted for PuSh Passholders are limited. If a desired show or performance date is not available, check back online or contact Audience Services, as availability might change. Or book a different available show and expand your horizons!

• If you need to cancel your bookings, or would like to exchange them for another eligible and available performance, contact Audience Services, at least 72 hours before showtime. A $2.25 fee per ticket re-booked will apply.

• Certain premium, reserved seating shows require a surcharge (even with the surcharge, you still enjoy the best price and flexibility over single tickets!). Certain shows and events are not available on a Pass.

• On show night, present your PuSh Pass and valid photo ID at the venue box office in order to pick up your ticket. For select performances, print-at-home tickets may be emailed to you in advance; please present your tickets at the venue.

• Arrive early to avoid lineups and get your seats (most shows are general admission).

Some single tickets are sold through different partner box office outlets. Please visit each show page, or call or email PuSh Festival Audience Services, to be redirected to the right place. See full terms and conditions below.

Limited youth rush tickets are available only at the venue box office, up to one hour before showtime, and subject to availability. There is a limit of one youth rush ticket per person, per performance. You must be 16 to 24 years old (on February 5, 2017) to be eligible for youth rush tickets. See full terms and conditions below.

At the Performance

PuSh Passholders must book their shows at least 72 hours prior to showtime, online or by contacting Audience Services. Book early to avoid disappointment—tickets allotted for Passholders at each performance are limited.

In General, we truly cannot accommodate late entry into the show. Late entry is disruptive for the performers and audiences. To ensure entry, we recommend you arrive no less than 30 minutes before showtime to claim your tickets at the box office and be seated.

Any late entry, if it is at all possible, is at the sole discretion of the venue front of house staff.

Some PuSh Festival shows may not be appropriate for young audiences; most contain mature content intended for adults. Please visit the specific show pages for a detailed description of each work. Though PuSh Festival Audience Services is pleased to advise, it is at the discretion of the parent or guardian to determine if a show is age-appropriate.

Any audience member, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the venue and attend the show.

Please note that XY and The Beaumont Studios (Club PuSh and other events) are licensed venues and therefore all audience members must be 19 years of age and older to attend shows at this venue (with two pieces of valid proof-of-age photo ID).

Most (but not all) venues are accessible to people with mobility aids. Accessibility audits are available online for most PuSh Festival venues.

NOTE: For Fragile Forms, following artists through the Anvil Centre, including up stairs, is part of this performance and as such it is not wheelchair accessible.

Please contact PuSh Festival Audience Services to confirm venue accessibility and to reserve seats. If you are booking shows on your PuSh Pass online, please indicate any specific accessibility needs in the “Notes or Requests for PuSh Audience Services” field at check-out.

Visit the Accessible PuSh page to find out more about the PuSh Festival’s accessibility initiatives.

For more information, contact Anika Vervecken: access@pushfestival.ca or 604.605.8284 ext 204.

What if I have content concerns?

Please contact PuSh Festival Audience Services if you have any concerns about content.

Yes, outdoor shows happen in rain or shine! Please be prepared and dressed for Vancouver weather.

Yes! If you book a Club PuSh show on your PuSh Pass, or if you buy a single ticket to a Club PuSh show, you have access to Club PuSh one hour before showtime. So arrive early and/or stay late to enjoy some drinks, music and conversation with the fellow Festival-goers.

As a PuSh Passholder or single ticket buyer to Club PuSh, you have access to both the Opening Night Party at The Beaumont Studios, January 17, 2019, 9:30PM and the Closing Night Party at XY on February 2, 2019.

Venue box offices generally open one hour prior to showtime, with the exception of the Vancouver Playhouse (for Attractor and L’Homme de Hus) which opens two hours prior to showtime.

Cancellation, Refunds, and Exchanges

If you change your mind about a booking, or aren’t able to attend a show that you already booked on your Pass, you can cancel your booking by contacting Audience Services.

You must cancel at least 72 hours prior to showtime. Missed performances are considered redeemed and are non-refundable.

You can re-book a different performance by contacting Audience Services. Please note that re-bookings are subject to a $2.25 fee per ticket.

If you have to cancel a show that has a surcharge, you will be refunded the surcharge back onto your credit card within 30 days.

If you have to cancel a show with a surcharge, and would like to re-book into another show that also has a surcharge, you must pay the surcharge again separately (and the surcharge from your canceled show will be refunded to your credit card within 30 days).

PuSh Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Shows booked on the PuSh Pass can be exchanged for another eligible show, by contacting Audience Services, with a $2.25 fee per ticket.

PuSh Passes are non-transferable, which means the Passholder must always be present when using their PuSh Pass. You are welcome to book more than one ticket per show on your Pass so you can bring guests, but you must be present with your PuSh Pass and photo ID to claim your tickets.

Booking Tickets

To celebrate PuSh’s 15th Anniversary, for 15 days (from Nov. 15–Nov. 30 only), a limited amount of tickets to every PuSh show will be available for $15 each.

This incentive is designed to welcome folks for whom ticket prices have traditionally been a barrier. Quantities of discounted tickets are limited; you may purchase a maximum of two tickets to a maximum of two performances at this price (that’s four tickets total, at two separate performances).

These tickets may not be combined with any other offer or pass and do not apply to the PuSh FILM SERIES (those tickets are already $13).

You may, of course, purchase more than 2 tickets to any given performance, however only 2 of those tickets will be offered at the $15 price when you use the promocode PuSh15JoinUs.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are planning to purchase a PuSh Pass, you must either purchase it and then book all of your shows before buying any $15 ticketsor purchase the $15 tickets you wish to have, and then buy your pass and book your shows in a subsequent transaction. (The reason for this is our system will prioritize the fulfilling of your pass first before applying any other discounts, so it’s best to keep these separate!).
