Sophie Ignatieff

Sophie is a creative, collaborative producer with more than twelve years experience across varying producing contexts from festivals to venues. Her work has been consistently international in scope; collaborating with artists and partners from diverse backgrounds, touring work across the world. She has recently relocated to Vancouver and is excited about immersing herself in the Canadian cultural and community landscape.

Most recently, Sophie produced for London’s Donmar Warehouse, programming and producing large-scale productions with major UK artists. Previously she was making ambitious new work at independent company Good Chance, including international touring shows The Jungle and Kyoto. Sophie has also worked with site-specific touring company Dante or Die, the major producing venue Leeds Playhouse and international cross-art performance festival, Manchester International Festival.
