Your health is our priority: making PuSh Festival Covid-safe in 2022

November 23, 2021

The PuSh Festival team is happy to be able to welcome you back to the theatre for the 2022 Festival. The health and well-being of our patrons, artists, and staff members will be our top priority and as per current health guidelines, venues will be operating at 50% capacity.

The safety protocols currently in place are based on the recommendations in Step 2 of BC’s Restart plan. They will be revised and amended as needed when the current restrictions are reevaluated on January 18, so be sure to check back here for updates. We are dedicated to implementing the most up-to-date safety protocols to provide you with a comfortable, safe and enjoyable experience.

Patrons aged 18 and over will be required to present their BC Vaccine Card to be scanned, along with a picture ID, for entrance to all PuSh venues. Children 12–17 must show proof of vaccination, but not ID; those under 12 do not require vaccination. All PuSh Festival artists, staff, and volunteers will be fully vaccinated.

As of this notice, everyone will be required to wear a mask that covers both the nose and mouth at all times, unless actively eating or drinking. Some exceptions may apply; please contact the box office at tickets@pushfestival.ca or 604-449-6000, and check the website for updates, as circumstances may change one way or the other. Thank you!
