What if I need to cancel or change my mind?

Single tickets are non-refundable, but performances booked on a PuSh Pass can be cancelled or rebooked at least 72 hours before showtime ($2.25 rebooking fee per ticket applies). Missed performances or rebooking requests made within 72 hours of showtime are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend because you are experiencing Covid symptoms, contact Patron Services at least two hours before the performance to receive a refund or exchange.
