What if I need to cancel or change my mind?

If you change your mind about a booking or can’t attend a show, you can cancel by contacting Patron Services. You must cancel at least 72 hours prior to showtime, and can re-book for a different performance (subject to a $2.25 rebooking fee per ticket). Requests within 72 hours of showtime or missed performances are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend because you are experiencing Covid symptoms, contact Patron Services at least two hours before the performance to receive a refund or exchange.
