Terms & Conditions – PuSh Passes

A PuSh Show Pass entitles the Passholder to book one (1) ticket per show, to four (4) or six (6) different shows at the 2026 PuSh Festival.

A PuSh Flex Pass entitles the Passholder to book four (4) or six (6) tickets to in any combination to shows at the 2026 PuSh Festival.

PuSh Passes are limited in quantity.

PuSh Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Tickets allotted for Passholders for each performance are limited, so book early and at least 72 hours before showtime.

Your PuSh Pass can be redeemed for the value of a General Admission ticket ($39), per credit. Additional charges apply for the following reserved seating shows:

  • Orpheus (Seating Zones A and B)
  • Trouble Score (Seating Zones A and B)
  • Everything has disappeared (Seating Zones A+, A and B)
  • Split Tooth: Saputjiji (Seating Premium, A, B, and C)
  • Kiuryaq (Seating A)

Orpheus, Trouble Score, Split Tooth: Saputjiji, Kiuryaq and Everything has disappeared are reserved seating shows. Shows that are not run by the PuSh box office, including Kiuryaq, Split Tooth: Saputjiji, Everything has disappeared, The Brutal Joy and WAIL, have limited quantities that can be claimed using your PuSh Pass. All other shows are general admission and seating is on a first-come-first-served basis.

Please note that specific assigned seating information for General Admission events is not available in advance. If you have accessibility seating needs (such as wheelchair seating), please inform the Patron Services team.

Tickets booked on a PuSh Pass can be exchanged for another eligible and available performance, up to 72 hours prior to showtime by contacting Patron Services.

Missed performances are considered redeemed on your Pass and are non-refundable.

Passholders must always be present, and be prepared to show valid photo ID, at the venue box office to pick up tickets. For select performances, print-at-home tickets may be emailed to you in advance; please present your tickets (printed or on your mobile screen) at the venue.

Programming, artists, dates, and prices are subject to change.

We apply quantity limits for Passes to each patron in order to discourage unfair ticket buying practices.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders if limits are exceeded, or under other circumstances including fraudulent activity.
