Terms and Conditions

  • PuSh Passes are limited quantity.
  • Limit of two (2) PuSh Passes per order.
  • PuSh Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Tickets allotted for Passholders for each performance are limited, so book early and at least 72 hours before showtime.
  • Select shows or performance times may not be eligible to book on a PuSh Pass.
  • Select shows require a surcharge (in addition to the cost of your Pass), payable at the time of booking:
    • Frontera ($30 surcharge)
  • Most shows are general admission and seating is on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • Frontera and Anywhere But Here are reserved seating shows.
  • Anywhere But Here is only eligible on PuSh Passes from February 4 – 8, 2020.
  • Please note that, with the exception of Frontera, specific assigned seating information is not available in advance. Passholders are assigned seats from a selection of the best seats in the venue. If you have accessibility seating requests (such as wheelchair seating), please make a note in the “Notes and Requests for PuSh Audience Services” field at the time of booking. If you would like to sit next to another Passholder, please make a note of their full name and pass number in the “Notes and Requests for PuSh Audience Services” field at the time of booking (we will do our best to accommodate). Please note that we are unable to accommodate requests for a Passholder to sit next to a single ticket buyer.
  • Tickets booked on a Pass can be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to showtime by contacting Audience Services.
  • Tickets cancelled on a Pass can be re-booked for another eligible and available performance, with a $2.25 exchange fee per ticket payable at the time of re-booking.
  • Missed performances are considered redeemed on your Pass and are non-refundable.
  • Passes can be used to book tickets for multiple people into one performance.
  • Passholders must always be present, and be prepared to show valid photo ID, at the venue box office to pick up tickets. For select performances, print-at-home tickets may be emailed to you in advance; please present your tickets (printed or on your mobile screen) at the venue.
  • Lost or stolen Passes will not be replaced.
  • Programming, artists, dates and prices are subject to change.

  • Industry Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • The Industry Pass entitles the Passholder entry to all events of the 2020 PuSh Industry Series. The events of the Industry Series do not need to be booked on your Industry Pass; simply present your Industry Pass and valid photo ID at the door to gain entry.
  • The Industry Pass entitles the Passholder to book up to six (6) tickets to shows at the 2020 PuSh Festival.
  • Tickets allotted for Passholders for each performance are limited, so book early and at least 72 hours before showtime.
  • Select shows are not be eligible to book on the Industry Pass.
  • Select shows require a surcharge (in addition to the cost of your Pass), payable at the time of booking:
    • Frontera ($30 surcharge)

Industry Series Access Only

  • Industry Series Access Only are limited quantity.
  • Limit of four (4) Industry Series Access Only per order.
  • Industry Series Access Only are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • The Industry Series Access Only entitles the holder entry to all events of the 2020 PuSh Industry Series.
  • Industry Series events do not need to be booked on your Access Only; simply present your Industry Access Only purchase confirmation email with valid photo ID at the door to gain entry.
  • The Industry Access Only does not include entry to the shows and performances of the PuSh Festival; tickets or Passes to the shows must be purchased separately.
  • Lost or stolen Industry Access Only are not the responsibility of the PuSh Festival.
  • Advertised Industry Access Only price include all service fees and taxes.
  • Programming, artists, dates and prices are subject to change.
  • We apply quantity limits for Access Only to each patron in order to discourage unfair ticket buying practices. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders if limits are exceeded, or under other circumstances including fraudulent activity.
  • Tickets are subject to availability.
  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Tickets cannot be exchanged or re-booked.
  • Unused tickets are non-refundable.

  • Must be 16 to 24 years old (on January 21, 2020) to be eligible for a Youth Pass.
  • The Youth Pass entitles the Passholder to book one (1) ticket per show, up to four (4) shows at the 2020 PuSh Festival.
  • Tickets allotted for Youth Passholders for each performance are extremely limited, so book early and at least 72 hours before showtime.
  • Select shows are not be eligible to book on the Youth Pass:
    • Anywhere But Here (from February 11 – 15, 2020)
    • High Water (from February 3 & 4, 2020)
    • Garden Speak
  • Youth Passholders are not required to pay the surcharge applied to select shows, with exception to Frontera ($30 surcharge).
  • Most shows are general admission. Passholders are therefore not assigned specific seats at general admission shows; seating is on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • Frontera and Anywhere But Here are reserved seating shows.
  • Please note that, with the exception of Frontera, specific assigned seating information is not available in advance. Passholders are assigned seats from a selection of the best seats in the venue. If you have accessibility seating requests (such as wheelchair seating), please make a note in the “Notes or Requests for PuSh Audience Services” field at the time of booking.
  • Please note we are unable to accommodate any seating requests other than for accessibility seating.

  • Limit of one (1) youth rush ticket per person, per performance.
  • Youth rush tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Must be 16 to 24 years old (on January 21, 2020) to be eligible for youth rush tickets.
  • Youth rush tickets are available only at the venue box office, one hour before showtime.
  • Youth rush tickets are not available for select shows.
  • Most shows are general admission and seating is on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • Select shows are reserved seating. Youth rush ticket holders are assigned seats based on availability and at the discretion of the venue box office staff. Reserved seating may be restricted for select shows or venues.
  • Valid proof-of-age photo ID must be presented at the venue box office to purchase youth rush tickets.
  • Advertised youth rush ticket price includes all service fees and taxes.
  • Programming, artists, dates and prices are subject to change.
