PuSh Challenges You to Participate in #GivingTuesdayCA

November 28, 2014

By now everyone’s probably heard of Black Friday and Cyber Monday, but there’s another national day, one that celebrates giving back. It’s called Giving Tuesday. December 2, 2014 is the third annual Giving Tuesday, a day nationally dedicated to charitable giving and volunteerism. At the PuSh International Performing Arts Festival, we’re immensely grateful to all of the amazing donors and volunteers who donate their time and money to make the Festival thrive for 11 years now. It takes collective effort and generosity to build what we have, and the PuSh Festival would not be what it is today without this dedication.

Watch the video below of long-time donor and close Festival friend, Richard Cavell, explain why he continues to support PuSh year after year.

This year, in honour of Giving Tuesday we simply ask that you consider giving back in some way. Whether it’s donating to the PuSh Festival or any other charity close to your heart, or volunteering your time for a cause. We hope you’ll consider taking part in this nationally recognized movement.

When you do step forward to make a change, don’t forget to share it on social media by using the hashtag #GivingTuesdayCA! Share it proudly and inspire others to follow in your steps.
